Welcome to the coaching practice of Ariel Kirby.
By booking a session, applying for a program, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These ensure clarity, mutual respect, and transparency in how we work together.

1. Services Overview

Activated Alignment provides coaching, assessments, and workshops designed to support professional and personal realignment. These services include:

Individual coaching sessions (virtual or hybrid)
The Clarity Snapshot assessment
Strengths and Energy Alignment sessions
Group workshops and programs (including the Quarterly Alignment Cohort)

Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or financial advice. It is a reflective, collaborative process designed to enhance self-awareness and strategic decision-making.

2. Booking & Payments

Session Fees: 1:1 coaching sessions are CAD $200 for 75 minutes unless otherwise stated.
Package Fees: Program or multi-session pricing will be shared in writing prior to payment.
Payment Methods: Accepted via e-transfer or secure online payment link (details provided upon booking).
Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your session.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens — flexibility is built into the process.

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged in full, as that time was reserved for you.
If you need to cancel due to illness or emergency, please email promptly. Discretion and compassion apply.
In rare cases, sessions may be rescheduled by Ariel due to unforeseen circumstances; you will always receive as much notice as possible.

4. Refunds

Coaching sessions and packages are considered a professional service, not a product.
Once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
If you cancel a prepaid package before starting, a full refund minus any transaction fees will be issued.

5. Confidentiality

Everything shared during coaching is treated as strictly confidential.
Your personal information, assessment data, and reflections will never be disclosed without your written consent, except where legally required (e.g., risk of harm or court order).

6. Pro Bono Programs (Quarterly Alignment Cohort)

Each quarter, a limited number of individuals are selected for a free coaching cohort.
By applying, you agree that:

Applications are reviewed confidentially by Ariel.
Selection is based on fit and timing, not merit or financial status.
Participation in the cohort is free, with no obligation for future paid services.
Group confidentiality and respectful conduct are required at all times.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, assessments, and frameworks provided during coaching or workshops (including the Clarity Snapshot report and Energy Quadrant model) remain the intellectual property of Ariel Kirby.
You may use these materials for personal reflection only and not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Coaching involves personal reflection and decision-making. While every effort is made to provide evidence-informed, supportive guidance, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
You accept full responsibility for choices and actions arising from coaching sessions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ariel Kirby are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services provided.

9. Website & Content Use

All website content, including text, images, and downloadable materials, is protected by copyright.
You may share content for educational or non-commercial purposes with clear attribution.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or modification of any material is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved under those laws.

11. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally to reflect evolving practices. The latest version will always appear on this page, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
